Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are based on the information you provide about the waste type, quantity, location and access.
- If the actual waste differs materially from the description or photos provided, the quote may need to be revised before collection.

Bookings and access
- You are responsible for providing accurate address, contact and access details.
- You should tell us in advance about stairs, restricted parking, loading limits, controlled access, permits or any unusual handling issues.
- If access is unsafe, blocked or materially different from what was described, we may need to rearrange the booking or revise the quote.
Waste type and customer responsibility
- You must not present hazardous, prohibited or undisclosed waste through the website forms or at collection unless we have clearly agreed to handle it.
- You are responsible for making sure the waste presented for collection matches the job description.
- Where waste is heavy, bulky or mixed, clear photos and descriptions help avoid delays or quote changes.
Payment
- Payment timing may be agreed before or at the time of the job depending on the booking.
- If a deposit or advance payment is agreed for a specific job, the amount and basis will be confirmed separately.
- Late or incomplete payment may affect future bookings.
Cancellations and changes
- Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.
- If a job changes substantially after booking, we may need to re-quote or rearrange the service.
- Where staff or travel time has already been committed, late changes may not always be possible.
Service limitations
- Collection times are usually estimated arrival windows rather than guaranteed exact times unless specifically agreed.
- Availability can be affected by route changes, traffic, access issues, weather or operational constraints.
- We reserve the right to refuse unsafe, unsuitable or misdescribed jobs.
